US demands immediate stop of rebel actions in Congo amid military concerns

In its official position‚ US asks M23 rebels to stop all military actions and move out from their spots in North Kivu Provinceʼs Walikale area. The Department also points at Rwandaʼs role: asking for quick pull-back of its defense forces and equipment (including air-defense missile systems)
