At Feather River School in Oroville (located bout 55 miles from Sacramento) a tragic incident happened yesterday afternoon. The local sheriffʼs office got an emergency call at 1:09 pm about an un-known male shooting at the school campus

Megan McMann from Butte County Sheriffʼs Office told that law-enforcement teams quick response found the shooter already dead from self-inflicted wounds. Two young students got hurt and were moved to nearby medical facilities; their current health status isnt known yet

The religious school which serves kids from kindergarten to 8th grade became a scene of police investigation - officers are now trying to find any possible school-shooter connections. The sheriffs office hasnt identified the suspect or found a reason for his actions

Students were safely moved to a close-by church while investigators worked at the scene. The Seventh-day Adventist Church-run institution normally teaches kids aged 5-13; now its temporarily closed due to the on-going investigation

Two students sustained gunshot wounds and were taken to local hospitals for treatment
