SASTOJCI:

10 jaja

pola kašičice soli

250 ml kisele vode

2,5 kg brašna

PRIPREMA:

1. Jaja, so i kiselu vodu umutiti, dodati brašno i umijesiti tijesto. Praviti loptice i raziviti kore, svaku isijeći na kriške.

2. Sušiti na suncu.

3. U litar vode staviti pola kašičice soli pa, kad proključa, dodati 200 grama tarhane, a onda procijediti.

4. Na ulju propržite prezlu i dodajte obarenoj tarhani, promiješajte pa odozgo narendajte sir.
