The source has reported that the Police Officers have departed from the home of the former interior Cabinet Secretary minutes after the legal team to Fred Matiang’i arrived in his premises.
Danstan Omari is one of the legal team members who is at Matiangi’s home and he has spoken to the media revealing that currently there are more than 200 lawyers who are protecting Fred Matiang’i.
The brother to Fred Matiang’i who has been identified as John Matiang’i has revealed that the Police Officers who wanted to arrest Raila departed after the legal team to Fred Matiang’i arrived.
The former Prime Minister of Kenya is also at Matiangi’s home where he has claimed that His Excellency William Samoei Ruto is misusing power by trying to arrest Matiang’i without any reason.
