Fidelity Bank; Autocheck Partner To Make Purchase Of Second-Hand Cars Easy

Banking giants, Fidelity Bank has entered into a mutually beneficial partnership with Autocheck Ghana to provide easy access to the Bank’s customers to purchase authenticated second-hand cars from virtual showrooms via smartphone or device.

Per the terms of the agreement, Autocheck presents Fidelity Bank’s customers with opportunities in the second-hand car market with a well-structured online platform via www.autocheck.africa.

Fidelity Bank on its part is happy to join forces with Autocheck to further simplify the process and make the process of purchasing a vehicle even easier with the respected financial institution existing auto-loan offering.

Nana Esi Idun-Arkhurst, the Divisional Director in charge of Retail Banking, Fidelity Bank said at the official launch of the initiative in Accra that for many people, purchasing a vehicle is often a major financial undertaking.

She adds that, apart from the impact it has on one’s budget, the stress involved in actually searching and identifying a car that meets one’s needs and verifying the actual state of health of the car, dealing with agents among others is another stressful headache for prospective car buyers.

Country Manager for Autocheck Ghana, Ayodeji Olabisi in his delivery opined that a lot of members of the middle class and the average person desire to buy a car but how to afford it is an issue.

He, however, stressed that his outfit would provide a convenient platform via its virtual showrooms to the above-mentioned segment of the population to purchase a car and drive it away within 72 hours through the auto-loan package masterminded by Fidelity Bank.

He said persons who purchase a car via Fidelity Bank and Autocheck package have one to five years to pay for the car.

The own a car initiative by the above-mentioned organisations according to the Country Manager of Autocheck Ghana is open to salaried workers and business owners.

Ayodeji Olabisi stated that his outfit would conduct the requisite verification process on the second-hand car and make sure it is certified, in good condition, is a good quality car, and would last long.
