Cloudy conditions are anticipated across the country and largely to the southern half of Ghana with greatly affecting the forest and the mountainous areas of the country (Ghana).
This communique is released today, 25th September, 2022 by the Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMA).
Chances of rains are expected in the middle sectors of the country with high thunderstorms occurring in the following cities; Kumasi, Obuasi, Tarkwa, Goaso, Techiman, Sunyani, Akim Oda, Kete Krachi, Kintampo, etc and other towns.
Again, areas down-south such as Aflao, Accra, Kasoa, Cape Coast, Ho, and others should expect cloudiness in the atmosphere.
A possible rainfall is likely in the early hours of the afternoon to the late afternoon.
Severe rains will occur and as such, people must be on the lookout.
Chances of these conditions occuring are very high in all the mentioned places.
Late night in the south, covering the middle belts of Ghana will continue to be cloudy with slight showers of rains around the coastal areas.
These will blow high air across the country.
Transitioning to the northern part of the country will as well be cloudy in its essential towns.
Chances of Yendi, Tamale, Bole, Bolgatanga, Bawku, Nalerigu, Wa, Damongo, Wale-wale and the like towns at the release of this report are already clouded.
Extending to the afternoon through to the evening.
People in the aforementioned communities should be guided by the release in order to avoid any unfortunately happening.
As much as rains are anticipated, few places will experience intermittent sunny conditions. Though not expected to last for a long time.
Late night will be clouded again. With just few chances of raining.
As usual, the sea level would rise, causing the roughness of the sea.
Fishermen should be cautious of this as it be very dangerous to go fishing.
