Government Announces New Price of 50Kg Bag of Fertilizer

The Kenyan Government has today broken silence with a major announcement targeting all Kenyan citizens inhabiting distinguished local and regional destinations on the highly coveted fertilizer prices.

Addressing today the 1st of February 2023, the Kenyan Government has announced an exponential reduction in the prices of a 50 Kilogram bag fertilizer in a strategic move fostered towards cushioning all Kenyan citizens from the skyrocketing cost of living.

The Kenyan Government has announced that a 50 Kilogram bag of fertilizer will now be retailing at Ksh 3,500. It is essentially worth noting that towards the end of last year, the price of fertilizer of the same net weight had hit a record high of Ksh 6,000.

The Kenyan Government has announced that the distribution of the cheap fertilizer will set rolling this month ahead of the planting season slated to take course in the month of March this year.
