“Hatutaki Hadithi” Karua To Ruto’s Gov’t As She Piles Pressure On It To Deliver On Health Facilities

Former Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance coalition party leader Raila Odinga’s presidential running mate Martha Karua, has today piled pressure on president William Ruto and his allies in government to deliver on health facilities in the country and make sure they are well equipped.

Speaking during the burial ceremony of veteran journalist Catherine Kasavuli at her home in Vihiga county today as quoted by Citizen television, the Narc Kenya party leader Martha Karua piled more pressure on the government by telling it to make sure that it delivers on its promises, and avoid telling stories to Kenyans because they don’t want stories.

She told the government to make sure it builds enough health facilities in the country in villages and make sure that they are well equipped. The leaders should avoid giving Kenyans stories now but deliver to people. Since there is no disease which is not curable when it is discovered early enough once the good facilities are available.

“Ningependa kuongezea niseme kwamba mambo ya matibabu lazima itiliwe manani na viongozi, hatutaki hadithi na mambo ya afya ya watu wetu. Ni lazima viongozi wahakikishe kuna hospitali hadi vijijini. Hospitali lazima zikue na vifaa vya kuchunguza na kutibu kwa sababu hakuna ugonjwa haiwezi tibiwa ikigunduliwa mapema.” Loosey translating to; We don’t want stories leaders must make sure there are enough hospitals up to villages and with equipment to scan and treat people. There is no disease which cannot be treated if it is discovered earlier enough.” She said.
