I’ll hit PDP national leadership On Tuesday

The governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, has said he would “strike back” at the PDP’s national leadership on Tuesday.

On Monday, the governor addressed a campaign rally in the Etche Local Government Area. He is a member of the G5.

Following a warning from the PDP’s national leadership, Governor Wike took action against attorneys who had failed to get proper authorization and legal papers before appearing in court.

For any violations that are deceptive, dubious, or fraudulent, the PDP has promised to take swift action.

PDP spokesman Debo Ologunagba cited Article 42 of the party’s constitution (as revised in 2017), which states that the National Legal Adviser is responsible for all litigation on behalf of the party.

According to Ologunagba, only the official has the authority to hire outside lawyers to represent the party in legal matters.

On Monday, Wike issued a stern warning to the PDP leadership about the repercussions of trying to smear him and his friends with anti-party claims.

Anti-party behavior breeds anti-party behavior. Can you believe what they did? We filed lawsuits against minor defendants in Rivers. Affirmative Action and Suggested Policy Change

The persons in Abuja who claim to be Nigerian conspired, wrote to our attorneys urging them to give up the case, and ultimately succeeded in their goal of having the lawsuits they had brought against us dismissed.

Remove those, as I instructed him. It’s okay; the instances can just die. The captain of the Rivers said, “Me too; I’ll hit them back by tomorrow.”
