Some students of the university of Benin may have expressed their anger towards a soldier who had come into their campus to make use of their Automatic Teller Machine, ATM, where they reportedly assaulted him before he goes out of the premises.
According to punch news who shared the update, the soldier had allegedly demanded his female colleague to beat up a female student whom he had thought was recording them while they were trying to withdraw money at the school ATM.
However, the action of the student who had stormed on the military man to retaliate had generated a lot of reactions from the public space.
One particular user who seemed unhappy at such an act stressed that it is wrong to treat a soldier in that manner, and that people may end up complaining if these military men decides to act on such behavior.
While there were some who expressed displeasure over the act of these students beating up the soldier, others pointed out that some soldiers are you be blamed trying to not to respect queue, and demanding that they should always be attended to.
