Stubborn Academy Have Won The Second Leg – Reactions As A Plus Make A Post On SIM Re-registration

Kwame Asare Obeng popularly known as A Plus following the SIM Card Re-registration has said that it’s only people who don’t know the limits of the constitution or their rights that will get their SIMs blocked.

In a post shared on his official Facebook page he wrote that the first thing he learnt in the constitution is that;

1. The constitution is an instrument of rights and limitations and not a catalog of powers. 2. The Constitution provides rights to organs and bodies created by it and further places on them limitations to prevent ultra vires.

3. The constitution guarantees individuals rights and liberties.

He used the innuendo that If you don’t know the limits nor your rights in the constitution, Dansoman Tatiana Ali ( Ursula Owusu) will block your SIM card.

A Plus however advised those who have Ghana cards, to go and register their SIM cards. It could be recalled that A Plus took the matter of the SIM Card re-registration to court some weeks ago. He was of the view that some people don’t have the Ghana card because NIA has failed to provide it.
