I’m Sure Of 15M Votes_Imumolen

The Presidential Candidate of Accord Party ahead of next month’s vote, Prof Christopher Imumolen, has described Peter Obi’s Labour Party as a worse political party than the PDP and APC put together.

Imumolen made the assertion during a Twitter Spaces session hosted by Japheth Omojuwa on Monday, January 9, 2023.

According to Imumolen, the Labour Party is a more corrupt, more rudderless, more problematic political party than the duo of APC and PDP–who have shared federal power for 24 years.

“We don’t buy the ideologies of APC or PDP,” he said. “Anyone who is in either of these parties can’t change the country because they are a part of the problem as it were.

Trump Organisation Fined $1.6m For Tax Fraud

A New York judge on Friday fined Donald Trump’s family business the maximum penalty available of $1.6 million for committing tax fraud.

The sum, paltry to the billionaire real estate developer, is symbolically significant as the ex-president eyes the White House again amid a host of legal woes.

The Trump Corporation and Trump Payroll Corp., entities of the Trump Organization, were found guilty last month of running a years-long scheme to defraud and evade taxes through falsifying business records.

They were convicted all 17 counts following a trial, marking the first time the companies had ever been convicted of crimes.

Wike Sustains Threat, Fails To Campaign For Atiku

Rivers Governor Nyesom Wike has continued to sustain the threat never to campaign for the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar until the party leadership meets demands of the G-5 Governors.

Wike, in his numerous outings at the venues where he inaugurated and commissioned projects, had continued to appeal to Rivers people to vote for only the PDP governorship and legislative candidates.

The Governor said the PDP leaders at the grassroots especially the local government chairmen would reach the people later on the state’s choice of Presidential Candidate.
