Wayne Morgan, 49, a mason of Guava Road in Manchester was arrested and charged with murder after he allegedly stabbed another man to death during a dispute earlier this month.
Dead is 32-year-old Floyd Compass, otherwise called ‘Pinchy’, of Nine Miles in Clarendon.
The Mandeville Police are reporting that about 8:24 p.m. on September 16, Compass was at a shop in the area when Morgan entered, and a confrontation developed.
A knife was brought into play and used to stab Compass several times in the upper body. He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Morgan was arrested and charged on Thursday, September 22 in the presence of his attorney.
His court date is being finalised.
