One man has been arrested and charged with Shop-breaking and Larceny following an incident in Christiana, Manchester on Saturday, June 18.
Charged is 22-year-old Daniel Mahoney of Lyn’s Avenue, Christiana in Manchester.
Reports from the Christiana Police are that the business operator locked up her establishment and left for home. Upon her return, she discovered that culprits had broken in and stolen approximately JMD 400, 000.
Mahoney was held on Wednesday, August 3 by the police during a snap raid within the parish.
He was subsequently charged. He will face the court on Friday, August 5.
