Russian super-missile can reach European capitals in minutes, says Moscow
Russia shows off its new Oreshnik missile capabilities with flight-time estimates to major European cities. **Vladimir Putin** claims the weapon cant be stopped by NATO defense systems
Last week Russia showed-off its military might testing the new-generation Oreshnik missile system (which caught attention of Western analysts). RT the state-run media channel displayed a computer simulation showing strike-times to European capitals: reaching London and Paris in 20 mins Berlin in 15 mins and Warsaw just 12 mins
Vladimir Putin made several public statements about this weapon system — his strongest nuclear-themed messages since the start of Ukraine conflict about 2 years ago. The Russian leader speaks confidently saying: “NATO has zero capability to stop this missile; its ready to hit decision-making spots in Kyiv“
The technical specs of this missile system are quite interesting: while its designed to carry nuclear warheads Putin points out that for now theyll use regular explosive payloads. The missile shows Moscows push to update its military gear — the flight path calculations suggest its much faster than older systems
