1970: El avión Boeing 747, conocido como "Jumbo", realiza su primer vuelo comercial entre Nueva York y Londres con la compañía Pan American.
1977: Felipe de Borbón asume los títulos vinculados al heredero de la Corona de España, entre ellos el de Príncipe de Asturias.
1981: Hace cuarenta años, fallece María Moliner, filóloga y bibliotecaria española, autora del "Diccionario de uso del español" (dos grandes volúmenes), una obra que le llevó mas de quince años y que se convirtió en todo un referente de consulta lingüística.
2014: Muere Manu Leguineche, periodista español.
