Coronavirus updates LIVE: Victoria records no new COVID-19 cases for first time in more than four months, NSW continues streak of zero local transmission as Australian death toll stands at 905

The daily numbers are in, and Victoria has recorded no new coronavirus cases and no new deaths since yesterday.

It is the first time since June 9 that there have no new coronavirus cases recorded statewide.

Today also marks the seventh day in a row that no new deaths from coronavirus have been confirmed in Victoria - the longest the state has gone without a death from the virus since early June.

The state's 14-day rolling average is well below the coveted five cases needed to open up the state, now sitting at 3.8, while seven mystery cases were recorded across the state between October 10-23.
