NSW has reported no new cases of locally transmitted COVID-19 for three consecutive days to Sunday as Victoria comes under increasing pressure to relax its restrictions on retail businesses.
Seven cases in overseas travellers were reported in NSW, bringing the state's total number to 4193. This includes 77 cases being treated, with none in intensive care.
A NSW Health spokeswoman said it was important for people in Sydney's west, south-west and south-east where a number of locally transmitted cases have been reported recently to remain vigilant and seek testing for any symptoms.
