Bahamas Flying Ambassadors Continue Halloween Fly-In Series to Abaco

Demonstrating how easy it is to fly into The Bahamas, the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Investments & Aviation (BMOTIA), incollaboration with its Bahamas Flying Ambassadors, is continuing its series of fly-ins with the 5-day Halloween Fly-in excursion to Marsh Harbour, Abaco, 27 – 31 Oct. The Halloween Fly-in is named in honour of The Bahamas’ first Flying Ambassador, Terry Spurlock, who passed away last year.

“We are thrilled to welcome pilots to The Abacos for the highly anticipated annual Terry Spurlock Halloween Fly-In,” said the Hon. John H.W. Pinder II, Parliamentary Secretary, BMOTIA.

He said: “This extraordinary event combines the breathtaking beauty of The Bahamas with the exhilaration of flying over the shimmering turquoise waters. Get ready for an unmatched experience as the enchantment of aviation harmonizes with the spirited atmosphere of Halloween. Brace yourself for a truly magical journey where adventure and celebration create harmonious synergy in the sky.”

The Halloween Fly-in is sponsored by Bluff House. More than 20 seasoned pilots and flight enthusiasts with extensive experience flying to and around The Islands of The Bahamas are expected to participate in the fly-in. Participants will get a special glimpse into Abaconian life and will also have a chance to taste local cuisine and tour popular attractions such as Albert Lowe Museum, Hope Town Light House & Memorial Sculpture Garden, and be the invited guests at a special Halloween Party.

Through the Abaco Fly-in, BMOTIA hopes to showcase the growing private aviation sector and boost the economy of The Abacos while aiming to treat visitors to an exceptional experience in The Islands of The Bahamas.
