MR. ALBERT KING DILLETTE, affectionately called “AL DILLETTE”

MEMORIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

A State Recognized Memorial Service for MR. ALBERT KING DILLETTE, affectionately called “AL DILLETTE”, age 68 yearsof Freeport, Grand Bahama and formerly of Nassau, New Providence will be held on Thursday, June 1st, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at The Pro-Cathedral of Christ the King, East Atlantic Drive and Pioneer’s Way, Freeport, Grand Bahama. Officiating will be Reverend Canon Norman Lightbourne.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Mildred Aileen and Robert Irving Dillette; his Sister, Gaynelle Anne Michelle Jumaron; his Mother and Father-in-law, Marion Donelda and John Galbraith MacLean and his Brother-in-law, Roy Arnott. 

Al is survived by his loving Wife: Kathryn Kim née MacLean and his Children: Adam MacLean Dillette, Robert Irving Dillette II (Aafiah Hamza) and Alana Kathryn Dillette (Derrick Robinson); Daddy Al will be forever cherished by his three grandchildren: Maya, Elijah and Xzavier. He will be missed by his Aunt: Barbara Clarke nee King and Siblings: Charles Dillette (Leila Dillette) and Sharon Dillette (Michael Willcocks) and his Sibling-in-laws: Barbara Arnott, Brian MacLean (Karen MacLean). 

His memory lives on with his Nieces and Nephews: Adrian Dillette, Felisa Dillette, Alethea Dillette, Neil Dillette, David Allum, Robert Allum, Catherine Allum, Joanne Arnott, David White, Mac Arnott, Karen Penkman, Shawna Maclean, Matthew Maclean, Ben Maclean and Sarah Maclean.

Also left to cherish his memories are numerous grandnieces and nephews; cousins including Anne Su, Kim Ouellette and Lauren Su and special friends including his lifelong best friend the Hon. Minister Frederick Mitchell.
