On Monday afternoon, after a head-on collision near Kitchener, Ontario, one died and three children were taken to the hospital.
Tweet, actingOntario PoliceSgt. Ed Sanchuk said the incident happened after 1 pm. It is located in the township of Blandford-Blenham, Ontario, south of Kitchener.
He said he was driving in opposite directions along the Hofstetter road when the two vehicles collided with each other.

Police said the vehicle was taken to the hospital with a life-threatening injury and was later sentenced to death.
