American Airlines announced Wednesday that it has delivered its first Boeing 787 Dreamliner since April 2021.
American Airlines CEO Robert Isom confirmed the delivery in an Instagram post, stating, "This is the first of his nine 787s to be delivered this year. It's something," he said.
Reuters said on Monday that Boeing had suspended deliveries of his May 2021 aircraft after the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) raised concerns about the proposed inspection method.
