Braves activates Eddie Rosario and Tyler Matzek off the coast of Illinois

After a long absence, Atlanta Braves rejuvenated outfielder Ediro Zario (eyes) and left-handed Tyler Mazek (shoulder) from the list of injured on Monday.

Rosario has been out since late April after laser treatment to correct the blurred vision and swelling of his right eye. Matzek has been out since mid-May after experiencing shoulder discomfort.

Matzek achieved 2.57 ERA in 69 relief appearances in 2021. He took 13 appearances and 15 he stepped up further in the stellar postseason, which was 3-0 with 1.72 ERA in 2/3 innings and 24 strikeouts. To help Braves win the World Series.
