Regina — An amber alert has been issued for a 2-year-old boy who was allegedly kidnapped Sunday by a 36-year-old woman in Saskatchewan.
According to police in Regina, Holdan Kiewatin was last seen standing three feet tall, weighing between 30 and 35 pounds, with short black hair and wearing black and white horizontal stripes.
They say they believe the child was taken by Kelly Keewatin. Kelly Keewatin is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 147 pounds, has shoulder-length black hair in a ponytail, and has brown eyes.
She also has a rose tattoo on the right side of her neck and was last seen wearing a white tank top, black shorts, a blue medical mask, and bare feet.
}Police said the suspect was last seen on foot around Regina General Hospital.
