Los Angeles shortstop Trea Turner and Starting Pitcher Julio Urias defeated Dodgers 4-1 in the opening game of the three-game series and continued to learn Atlantic Braves on Friday.

Turner advanced 3 to 5 on his 10th home run, recording two runs and driving in one run to adjust the pace of the attack. It marked Turner's second consecutive three-hit game. In 96 career games with Atlanta, Turner hits .319 (128-for-401) with 17 Homers, 50 RBIs and 31 stolen bases.

Urias (5-6) improved to 3-0, scoring 1.71 ERA against Atlanta in 5 career appearances and 21 innings. He allowed two walks in six innings and one run in three hits in nine strikeouts.

Evan Phillips threw 7th place with no points. Daniel Hudson slipped and injured his left knee while trying to protect the infield dribbler and retired the eighth hitter when he had to leave the game. Brusdar Graterol has completed the inning.

Craig Kimbrel evaded the lead-off single and took 9th place in the scoreless, winning his 13th save.

It was four consecutive victories for Los Angeles.

The losing pitcher was Ian Anderson (6-4), who won the last three decisions. Anderson failed to retire as a batter in the fifth inning and was knocked out after loading the base. He allowed 6 hits with 4 or more innings, 4 walks and 4 runs with 6 strikeouts. It was a disappointing effort after Anderson threw a 62/3 scoreless inning on his final start.

Dodgers scored two goals in the first inning. Will Smith ran with a sharp single and sacrificial fly from Justin Turner.

Los Angeles scored two more times in the fifth. Trea Turner returned to the right and Freddie Freeman scored with Justin Turner's fielder's choice.

Dodgers leads Season Series 3-1. Los Angeles has won all regular season series at Braves since 2013.
