Vancouver’s little ferries that run along False Creek——popular wth tourists and locals alike—will be running earlier and later over the summer.
The False Creek Ferries will extend their operating hours beginning June 1. Ferry service begins daily at 7 a.m. and the last boat to Sunset Beach leaving Granville Island will leave at 10:30 p.m.

The ‘little blue ferries’ started operating in 1982 with two small electric boats shuttling between the West End and Granville Island. Last year the company celebrated 40 years in business.
Now the family-owned company has nine stops year-round with a fleet of 17 ferries.
