Des Moines, Iowa (AP) — A family park for an 11-year-old boy who died a year on the water at an amusement park in Iowa. He filed an illegal death suit in a state court earlier Thursday, claiming that he had failed to maintain and repair it.

According to court documents, Adventureland is responsible for the actions of men.
"All actions or failure of actions by the officers and managers listed have occurred during and within employment at Adventureland."
Defendant's attorney, Guy R. Cook, said safety has always been a top priority for amusement parks.
"Sadly, the tragic accident was the result of a collection of some very rare factors. The proceedings will be specifically addressed in future court filings. ".
