FOX 35 Orlandoreported that a Florida man's hand was blown off by fireworks in a horrific accident at Lauderdale Lakes early Saturday morning.
Police were summoned after 1 am, and when Sheriff Broward's fire rescue team arrived, the man was rushed to the hospital.
According to witnesses, the accident happened very suddenly.
"It took less than five minutes because it exploded as soon as he lit it," the Witness told7 News.
Reportedly, the doctor was unable to reattach his hand.
