"Absolutely do nothing": Designated driver deadly shot by a booted bar patron

Holton's family said her death was just another example of "reckless" shooting in the city.

"Everyone is running around like the Wild West here," he said.

"Cowards are shooting bars from over 150 feet. Someone goes out for 10 or 15 minutes and then they die," he continued. "How about that? How many children died before people said it was enough?"
