Air Canada has announced that it will cut dozens of flights daily this summeras airlines are trying to meet the surge in travel demand. With the
changes,Air Canadawill reduce the schedule for an average of 77 round trips daily between July and August 2022. Most affected flights will be canceled. Of Toronto and Montreal.
After staying in Calgary for a year as an exchange student, Esther Lucas said she wanted to go home, but the flight was cancelled. As a result, many unwanted days have been added to her foreign experience.
"I was planning to return to France today, but due to a delayed flight, I lost my connection and can't return now," Lucas told Global News.

"I don't think this summer is good for everyone because everyone is traveling again," Hujber said.
As of Thursday, Air Canada's reduced number of flights will result in more than 9,500 flights, or an average of 154 flights per day, off the airline's schedule.
