A gun and gang unit investigates after a 34-year-old man was injured in a shooting at the eastern end

A 34 year old man was injured in a nearby shooting Wednesday night, Gloucester's Segin and Floret streets.

He was taken to the hospital for a non-life-threatening ammunition injury, Ottawa police said Thursday morning.

At 6:37 pm, a police officer was called to the scene southeast of the intersection of Blair Road and Montreal Road. Wednesday.
