Gunshots fired Saturday afternoon in Dollard-des-Ormeaux

At least one bullet had hit a house on Brahms St., but no one was injured.

Residents of Dollard-des-Ormeaux called police around 2:55 p.m. Saturday afternoon to say they had heard gunshots near the corner of Brahms and Mozart Sts.

When police arrived on the scene, they saw at least one bullet had hit a house on Brahms St. They also found shell casings on the ground.

From information Montreal police have gathered so far, one suspect shot toward the house and then fled the scene by car before police arrived.

No one was injured in the incident and no arrests have been made.

A perimeter has been established and police officers are meeting with residents in the neighbourhood to gather more information.
