Iran, Tehran (AP) —Iran's state television on Sunday the day after Iran and the European Union agreed to resume stagnant negotiations over Iran's tattered nuclear weapons, Tehran was a solid equipped with a satellite broadcaster. It is unknown when the rocket was launched, but it was released after satellite imagery showed preparations at the desert launch pad. Iran also acknowledged that it was planning to test a satellite-mounted Zuljana rocket. It was not immediately known if the rocket was successfully launched.
