On March 21, 2022, shortly before 10 p.m., Abbotsford police responded to a shooting at a home in the 3500-block of Latimer Street.
Officers and paramedics arrived at the home and located a man suffering from gun shot wounds. Emergency crews tried to save the man’s life but he died.
IHIT was called in to take over the investigation. Police say Colivas was not linked to gang activity in the Lower Mainland.
Fox and Acera were arrested on Friday. IHIT says no further details about the case will be released at this time.
