A man in his thirties is driving north on Route 227 in Saint-Alexandre, a municipality near Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, in his car. I lost control.
According to the first report from Sûreté du Québec, the driver left the lane and headed south, where he collided with another vehicle.

The driver of the first car was confirmed dead in the hospital. Police said he was "seriously injured."
