A man is facing a claim for weapons and drugs after traffic stops on Wednesday night.
According to a tweet from the Otawa police, the incident occurred around 11:45 pm. At McArthur Avenue, a 9mm handgun, 70.5 grams of cocaine, 28 grams of fentanil, and nearly 5 grams of crack cocaine were seized.
Apart from accusations of medicine and weapons, the man was charged with mischief, impaired operation, escape from the police, and dangerous operation of the car.
