Investigation after Montreal police fired at Outlemont

Multiple cartridge cases were found on site.

On Saturday night, ammunition rang in the Outlemonto district of Montreal.

Call 911 around 11:35 pm. Montreal police spokesman Marianne Allard Morin reported that she was fired near the intersection of Durocher St. and Beaubien St.

The suspect then ran away.

Multiple cartridge cases have been placed on site. Ammunition holes were also found in commercial buildings.

Investigators are in Outlemonto trying to determine the shooting situation.
