Environment Canada is forecasting a high of plus 1 with the UV index at 4 or moderate.

Tonight: Snow changing to rain overnight with about 10 cm of snow expected to accumulate. A northeast wind will blow at 30 km/h, gusting to 50, becoming south at 20, gusting to 40 after midnight. Temperature rising to plus 4 by morning.
