Montreal weekend traffic closures July 23-25, 2021

The St-Pierre Interchange and Bonaventure Expressway will be among areas to avoid this weekend because of construction work.

St-Pierre Interchange: The ramp connecting Highway 20 West to Route 138 West (toward the Honoré-Mercier Bridge) will be completely closed from 11:59 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday. The detour is via Exit 63 (1st Ave.) and then backtracking east.

Bonaventure: Highway 10 will be completely closed in both directions between Wellington St. and the Victoria Bridge from Friday at 11 p.m. to Saturday at 8 a.m. Then, for the rest of the weekend until Monday at 5 a.m., two out of three lanes will be closed.

Highway 13: Two lanes will be open in each direction on the Louis-Bisson Bridge between Montreal and Laval from Friday at 7 p.m. to Saturday at 7 p.m. A new phase of work begins Sunday until the beginning of November. During this phase, four lanes will be open in rush-hour directions and two lanes in the other direction. Outside rush hour, three lanes will be open each way. The entrance to Highway 13 North from Henri-Bourassa Blvd. and Gouin Blvd. will be closed from Sunday to the beginning of November, except between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. on weekdays for rush-hour traffic.

Highway 20: In Boucherville, westbound Exit 92 will be closed (de Montagne Blvd.), as will the Ampère St. entrance, from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.

Highway 25: Will be completely closed going south between Exit 5 (Sherbrooke St.) and the Souligny Ave./Tellier St. entrance from Friday at 11 p.m. to Saturday at 7:30 a.m. and from Sunday at 11 p.m. to Monday at 5 a.m.

Highway 40: One lane out of three will be closed eastbound at Lacordaire Blvd. from Friday at 10 p.m. to Monday at 5 a.m. The entrance from Lacordaire Blvd. will also be closed.

Route 138: The ramp eastbound to the Mercier Bridge remains closed until July 29, with a detour via Route 132 and Old Malone Rd. Access to the Mercier Bridge toward Montreal remains closed to trucks.
