Moscow — The Kremlin dismissed allegations that Russian missiles attacked an apartment near the Ukrainian Black Sea port in Odesa early on Friday.
Ukrainian officials said Russian missiles attacked an apartment building and two holiday camps, killing at least 18 people and injuring dozens.
"I want to remind you of the president's words that the Russian army is not cooperating with civilian targets," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in a conference call with reporters.
