Former Nursing Director lied to a South Carolina federal agency about providing a fake COVID-19 vaccination card Thursday Pleaded guilty to.
Tammy Hudson McDonald, who worked at Pruitt Health's skilled nursing facility last summer, is the US Department of Health and Human Services, the FBI, and the South Carolina Law Enforcement Department.
When authorities confronted McDonald's after being warned about a fake card last September, she never gave anyone a forged vaccine card, contrary to evidence. I told the federal authorities.

Her lawyer Jim Griffin has joined the Associated Press with McDonald's. He agreed and said he accepted responsibility for her actions. Mr Griffin said he had provided fake cards to several families at her Father's Day rally, and that her relatives had not been charged.
Colombia's McDonald's, 53, will be sentenced to up to five years in prison and a $ 250,000 fine in a September 20 sentence.
