Patrol officers made an arrest without incident outside the business near City Park Drive, the Ottawa Police Service said in a release Tuesday.
The man was scheduled to appear in court Tuesday on one count of exposing genitals to a person under the age of 16 for a sexual purpose.
He is described as white and six feet tall with a medium build and wavy light brown hair. He was wearing a red lumberjack coat.
“Investigators are concerned there may be additional victims,” police said.
