Pedestrian injured after collision with 'paramedic vehicle' in Centrepointe

A female pedestrian remained in hospital on Wednesday after she was struck by a “paramedic vehicle” in the Centrepointe area the previous night.

Ottawa police said they received a call around 9:40 p.m. Tuesday about a collision between a pedestrian and a vehicle at the intersection of Baseline Road and Centrepointe Drive.

The pedestrian was in a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

Police didn’t have further details about the collision and are investigating the incident.
