KYIV, Ukraine (AP) —Ukraine's Emergency Service states that a missile attack struck homes in the Odesa region of Ukraine, causing casualties.
A video of the attack on Friday before dawn showed the burnt debris of Odesa's building.
The assault could occur after Russian troops withdrew from the main island of the Black Sea, Snake, on Thursday, mitigating the threat to Ukraine's important port city of Odesa. However, they continued their push to surround the last stand base in eastern Luhansk Oblast.
