Local officials said at least 10 people were killed in a Russian missile attacking a high-rise condominium in Odesa, Ukraine's Black Sea port.
"As a result of the high-rise condominium strike, the number of deaths has increased to 10", Serhiy Bratuk, a spokesman for the Odesa local government, said in his telegram channel.
Earlier reports reported that a night incident killed six people, including three children. Reuters could not independently confirm the details of the case. (Report by Ronald Popeski, edited by Sandra Maler)
