“To have me, whatever … the worst thing you can imagine.”
He added: “I can’t think of anything else to say, but remember these things have to move quickly because, you know, I get designated soon – and then I’ll be out of here. And that’s a dangerous situation for me.”
Raniere also said he expects to spend the rest of his life in prison — unless something is done.
That gets more difficult since NXVIM’s moneybags — booze heiress Clare Bronfman — was jailed in September for seven years.
And he fears that because he branded women and forced them to sleep with him, the prison hierarchy will take a dim view. A judge has refused to intervene in his case, suggesting Raniere take the matter up with prison officials.
Raniere was convicted in June 2019 of sex trafficking, racketeering, child pornography and forced labour.
Notorious sex cult guru Keith Raniere is terrified he’ll be murdered in prison.
The 59-year-old NXIVM Svengali was sentenced to 120 years in prison last month after he was convicted for running the cult as his private harem.
Now, Raniere can be heard on recordings posted by the cult’s former flack, Frank Parlato, moaning about the dangers that await him in general population.
“Well, with these charges and if I’m sentenced to life and go to a penitentiary, it is a death penalty,” Raniere is quoted as saying in a missive to his followers.
Raniere — called Vanguard by his cult’s most devout followers — first expressed his fears in March when he told members about a “vicious” man.
“(He) told various people he would put as much money as necessary, literally hundreds of millions of dollars, to have me put in jail for the rest of my life, to have me killed, to have me destroyed,” Raniere reportedly said.
