Toronto Police are looking for Elopie, who was last sighted in July and is being held on a warrant.
The 26-year-old Perfect his Addison was last seen on Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue on July 19, according to police.
An eropie is a person who is in a psychiatric facility but who is "unattended."
