Ukraine did not take responsibility for the explosion at a Russian air base in Crimea on Tuesday, President Volodymyr Zelensky said. The adviser said, suggesting that partisans may have been responsible for the involvement.

Mykhailo Podolyak, on his Dozhd Online TV channel, was asked if Kyiv was taking responsibility and replied: what do we have to do with this?
