York police looking for help identifying woman found in Richmond Hill

York Regional Police are looking for help to identify a woman who was found in Richmond Hill.

The woman was not dressed for the weather and appeared to have been outdoors a long time.

She appears to be non-verbal and police have been unable to identity her.

The woman is a wite, with a thin build, five-foot-seven, 110 lbs., shoulder length blonde hair, blue eyes, and was wearing a green sweater, black jogging pants, and black shoes.
