CNN reports that Duane Keith Davis has been arrested on Friday in connection with the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur.
The Las Vegas Nevada police revealed in a press conference that Davis was the “shot caller” behind the plan to murder the former rapper.
Davis was indicted by a grand jury on charges of murder with the use of a deadly weapon in connection to the killing.
Even if Davis was not the actually killer he can still be indicted and arrested for murder under Nevada Law.
